Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our products are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Pools and spas are shipped either on a box truck or a trailer, depending on the size of the unit. The trucking company will contact you once it is on its way and schedule an appointment with you for when you are home to drop it off.

Shipping is FREE.  No hidden Costs. 

The timeline will vary depending on your location. We typically can have a product shipped and sent for you to receive within 2-4 weeks.   Some in stock items will ship quicker.

This product is made to order and made specifically for you. So this item is non returnable and non refundable.

We recommend that you clean the filter once a month during heavy spa use. This is done by removing the top of the filter, removing the filter cartridge, and giving it a good spray down with your garden hose. DO NOT use high pressure sprayers. Depending on your conditions, you can drain and refill once or twice a year. DO not drain your spa after a rain, please give the ground water time to dissipate as your spa could float up with no water in it.

The products come with a manufacturers 5 year warranty.
