Shipping Information

Most of our products are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Pools and spas are shipped either on a box truck or a trailer, depending on the size of the unit. The trucking company will contact you once it is on its way and schedule an appointment with you for when you are home to drop it off. If you are installing on your own, you are responsible for unloading the unit yourself. Shipping company will not unload the unit for you. For pools and spas you may need heavy machinery to unload.  Contact us for more information.
